The fundamentals of lifecare are relatively simple. We offer a continuum of housing and healthcare options: independent living, assisted living, memory-impaired assisted living and skilled nursing. You pay a one-time entrance fee, which is 90% refundable, and then a monthly service fee, of which a portion is considered medical, therefore, can be deducted as a pre-paid medical expense. If your needs change, either temporarily or more permanently, we provide you with the appropriate level of extra care – whenever you need it, for as long as you need it. You continue to pay your monthly fee as you move through the continuum.
