Our fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art Kaiser and EGYM strength training equipment, plus NuStep seated elliptical, treadmills, stationary bikes, and rowing machines for cardiovascular health. Daily fitness classes provide an enjoyable way to keep moving alongside friends and neighbors.
Residents continue to be under the care of their own network of physicians, however, Kimball Farms Life Care has a campus nurse on-site every day to conduct preventive screenings and provide clinical support where needed.

You’ll find opportunities to keep moving every day—exploring our 63-acre campus or simply strolling the hallways of our sprawling community, participating in a scheduled fitness class, or venturing a little farther afield for adventures in Lenox or surrounding towns throughout the Berkshires.
Our fitness facility offers cardio and strength training equipment, as well as strength, balance, and stretch, yoga, and tai chi group classes. Our residents enjoy complimentary access to Wyndhurst Golf & Club with golf, tennis, pools, and fitness facilities, and opportunities to join their fitness classes for an additional fee.
