PineHill Assisted Living is part of the Kimball Farms CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community).  PineHill Assisted Living is available to Kimball Farm Residents and to residents of the greater community. There is no entrance fee and all services are covered by the "all-inclusive Service Fee".

There are 48 Assisted Living Apartments including:

• Six Studios
• Forty one-bedroom apartments
• Two two-bedroom, two-bath apartments
• Apartments are clustered in 4 neighborhood settings around "Country Kitchens"
